This picture is called ''Winter- Fifth Avenue''. As we can see, is taken in New York City in winter. I really like it because the snow is moving and that is what makes the picture special. This picture makes you think in old memories because it's kind of old.

I like this picture because it's very nice, it's lovely and transmits happiness and pleasant.

This picture is also very pleasant and beautiful. I really like taking and seeing pictures like this.

IMOGEN CUNNINGHAM - pre-assignment

Imogen Cunningham was an American photographer, born on April 12th of 1883 in Oregon and died on June 24th of 1976. She was know specially for her botanical photography, industrial landscapes and nudes.

At age of eighteen, she bought her first camera, but she lost interest  about photography very soon. 5 years later, while she was studying chemistry in the university of Seattle, she regained the passion for photography. That's when she strarted to take it seriously and later turned a professional.

I really like her pictures, all of them. All the close-up pictures of flowers and plants are amazing, they transmit a lot of calm, they are very pleasant. I want to try to take pictures like her, because I want to make people feel what I feel when I see these picures.

Light Walk, Sep 8th
